I'm Seema. 40 years in Dubai. Before real estate, 14 years in senior finance leadership at Procter & Gamble, where I managed complex portfolios and ran teams across markets. Real estate wasn't a pivot. It was a continuation. The same questions I asked as a finance leader; where does the value actually sit, what does the downside look like, how does this hold over a ten-year horizon are the questions I now ask of every property a client is considering. A finance degree gave me the framework. Four decades in this city gave me the context. The combination is what I bring to the table. Most of my clients are HNI investors, UHNI individuals and family offices. The conversations are usually about either a luxury home in Dubai, or building out a diversified property portfolio across the city's premium communities. Sometimes both. The work is part lifestyle advisory, part investment strategy, and I treat both with the same level of seriousness. I won't pretend every property is a good buy. A lot aren't. My job is to tell you which is which, walk you through the numbers honestly, and make sure the decision sits well with you in five years, not just at signing. Discretion matters in this business. So does precision. Most of my clients come back, and most of them refer me to their friends and family, and that's the only metric that's ever mattered to me.
