An MBA from Cardiff University Eram began her career working with luxury homes on golf estates in Cape Town, where precision, discretion, and lifestyle intelligence were table stakes. She later returned to Mumbai to build and lead her own real estate firm, deepening her understanding of market psychology, nuance, and honing the magic of calculated patience. Eram has managed ultra-premium property portfolios and advised globally mobile investors across Dubai, Singapore, and London.
