Ramhan Island is a private island community off the Abu Dhabi coast, developed by Eagle Hills. It covers about 4 million sq m, and about 1.8 million sq m of that is water: lagoons, swimmable seas and mangrove channels. The island is a cluster of smaller islands linked by internal roads, so most homes look out over water. The island sits between Saadiyat Island and Yas Island, close to the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Yas theme parks and Zayed International Airport.

Ramhan Island is planned as a fully integrated waterfront community:

Sub-Communities

Villa neighbourhoods: the flagship villa collection, known as the Infinity Island Villas, is split into four neighbourhoods: Views, Cove, Breeze and Marine. Later phases introduced further collections, including Aura Island Villas and Shores Villas.

Ramhan Marina: the apartment and lifestyle district at the centre of the island. It is home to The Bristol hotel and The Bristol Residences, along with the marina and retail promenade.
